How to Create Extraordinary Teams.
At the Painted Porch, we like to do things a little differently. Students will be up and moving, participating fully in mind, body, heart, and spirit – intentionally; and actively making decisions about how to approach and resolve conflict, overcome obstacles as a team unit, and design a blueprint for how to make that happen.
Program Outline & Approach.
Design Healthy, Trusting Teams. This program is grouped and organized into 24 Modules, with each lesson including instruction, exercises, and implementation steps. The lessons can be delivered to your team On-demand, Virtually, or On-site.
Learn. Reflect. Discuss.
We believe that real learning and transformation is not a spectator sport. Through active exercises and discussions (be it onsite, via video call, per lesson, or through a private online community), as well as a Ongoing Group Advisory & Support call, your team can connect with us and each other to share takeaways, insights, ah-has, and more to help go from information to implementation.
During Module 1, employees will begin by doing a quick assessment of the health of their team. This serves as a way to set the baseline for team growth.
In Module 2, dive deeper into how your team thinks - and what presumptions, frustrations, and habits tend to interfere with team excellence.

In Module 4's lessons, teams learn about their own core elemental style, as well as those of team members. Each 'element' has traits where they can shine, and others that can dull performance and behavior.
Exploring how to turn conflict into constructive debate and decision making is the focus of Module 5.
Module 6 dives into ways for you to build trust and accountability within your teams.
Discovering ways to turn perceived problems or roadblocks into new ideas and opportunities is the center of Module 7's lessons.
Module 8 is the culmination of the hard work over the last 7 modules, where your team will design your new Team Blueprint for connection, collaboration, and growth.
